SA biotech startup, formerly AxaiTech, accelerating discovery-to-treatment through proteomics and genomics with CPGR.
Project & KPIs:
Conduct a literature review of peptide biochemistry; curate a dataset; propose a predictive modeling approach; begin model implementation; prepare a presentation on research, dataset, and modeling plan.
Industry: Data Science
Neurabuild partners with leading researchers and organizations to create nature-inspired technologies, with a focus on space domain awareness and neuromorphic systems.
Project & KPIs:
In this project, students collaborated with Neurabuild and Western Sydney University researchers on the Astrosite™ initiative, which focused on space domain awareness.
Industry: Machine Learning
DataProphet is an AI-as-a-Service company of machine learning specialists with a global presence. They work with manufacturers worldwide to optimize their production LPIs via existing plant data and machinery.
Project & KPIs:
In this project, students worked with DataProphet, a global AI-as-a-Service company, to explore how machine learning can optimize manufacturing processes.
Industry: Data Intelligence
VoxCroft uses its proprietary population-centric intelligence methodology to extract the “voice of the people” and uncover risks and opportunities.
Project & KPIs:
This project gave students the opportunity to work with VoxCroft’s population-centric intelligence tools to understand how advanced data collection, AI, and NLP could extract insights from hard-to-reach sources.
