You’re getting a super well-facilitated learning experience. When you’re invested in the class, you’re the one getting the most out of it. There’s an excitement to it - I’m learning that I can do it, but also that I really like it; it’s really rewarding in that way.

iX looks like it’s a lot of fun, and it really is. We start our day off with a jog and a workout on the Sea Point promenade, and end by going to watch the sunset over Clifton and Camps Bay. The views are incredible!
