Program Cancellation and Refund Policy.

The Deposit.

The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. This is because iXperience has a limited number of participants it can accept and has incurred costs in planning the program.

Program or Skills Development Course Cancellation by iXperience.

iXperience reserves the right to refuse your program application prior to the payment of the deposit and/or cancel a program or skills development course for any reason in its sole discretion. In the event that a program or skills development course is cancelled by iXperience at any time, iXperience will notify you as soon as practically possible in writing. If the cancellation of a course and/or program was within the reasonable control of iXperience, we will work with you to refund the amount that you've already paid for the program within 40 (forty) working days. If the cancellation of a course and/or program was not within iXperience's reasonable control, such as governmental restrictions or instances of force majeure, we will work to refund you the amount that you've already paid for the program, less non-recoverable costs and the deposit, within 40 (forty) working days. You have no further claim against iXperience for any loss or damage incurred as a result of this cancellation, whether direct, indirect, or consequential.

Program Switch.

In the event that you elect to switch courses or a program, iXperience will refund you the monetary difference between the two programs, less any deposit paid, within 40 (forty) days.

Airline Tickets and Travel Documentation.

In no instance whatsoever will iXperience be responsible for paying you any flight costs, visa application costs, or incidental costs incurred by you due to a cancellation of the program or course by you or iXperience, for whatever reason, and at any time. Your placement in the program is unique, and you cannot transfer your spot to another person without iXperience's express prior written consent.

Program Cancellation and Deferrals by the Participant.

In the event that you no longer want to attend the program and notify iXperience in writing more than 20 (twenty) working days prior to the arrival day of the program, we will work with you to refund:

The fee amount that you have paid to iXperience, excluding the deposit, if you provide iXperience with valid reasons and legitimate documentation for your withdrawal from the program, such as severe illness or a death in the family; or

The amount you have paid of the fee, if any, once 30% (thirty percent) of the total fee and the deposit have been deducted, if we do not accept the reason for your cancellation, acting reasonably.

In the event that you cancel your attendance 20 (twenty) working days or less prior to the commencement of the program or during the program, you will forfeit any amounts paid.
