The industry today.
According to Oliver Wyman, the financial services industry in the US is remarkably stable, with greater diversity in its composition than ever before.
Banks, insurance companies, and asset managers have gone from making up 90% of the industry value in 2012 to about 65% of the industry value today - big tech’s own financial services as well as financial infrastructure and technology companies are growing in market share.
