iXperience started in 2013 as a study abroad coding bootcamp that would bridge the gap between academia and industry. Since then, it's grown into a global operation that has helped 4500+ students accelerate their careers while exploring the world.

Founded in Cape Town.

Aaron Fuchs launches the first iX program, combining real-world skills with cultural immersion.

A letter from our founder.

Dear Students, Parents, and Partners,

When I started iXperience in 2013, I wasn't trying to build an education company. I was simply trying to solve a problem that had frustrated me for years.

I had studied engineering at Yale, then started my career on Wall Street. On paper, I had everything a student could hope for: a prestigious degree, a good job, and a clear path ahead.But once I got into the workplace, I realized something unsettling: despite years of lectures, exams, and late nights in the library, I wasn't prepared for the real world of work.

That gap between education and reality struck me deeply. I knew I wasn't alone-friends, colleagues, and younger students all shared similar experiences. Universities were doing their job in teaching knowledge, but the world was moving faster than the classroom could keep up.

So l asked myself: what if education could be different? What if it could combine rigorous academics with real-world application, while also helping students grow as people-more confident, more adaptable, more connected?

That question became the seed of iXperience.

From our very first program in Cape Town, I've witnessed something remarkable: when you bring together brilliant teachers, ambitious students, and real-world challenges in an inspiring environment, transformation happens. Students don't just leave with skills- they leave with a deeper understanding of themselves and a community that supports them for life.

Over the past decade, iX has grown into a global community. We've welcomed students from more than 200 universities, built partnerships with world-class institutions, and watched alumni go on to thrive at leading companies and start ventures of their own. But what I'm most proud of is the culture that's formed: one of curiosity, courage, belonging, and purpose.
