Byron holds an M.B.A from INSEAD and two degrees from the University of Cape Town. He then spent 3.5 years working at McKinsey & Company and SABMiller Africa before heading to business school in Singapore and France. He then returned to Johannesburg and McKinsey to continue his management consulting education.
Erik interned at Silvertree Capital during his iX Summer program in Cape Town in 2017. After graduating from the University of Virginia in 2018, he worked at McKinsey, where he became a Senior Business Analyst and a Social Responsibility Fellow. He is now an MBA candidate at Harvard Business School.
