The Komenda Project aims to create sustainable development in Ghana, West Africa by enabling youth and children to reach their full potential. Currently, their mission is to provide education and mentorship to create long-term change in underprivileged communities.
Recently, they collaborated with Arlokea to provide school kits to 100 children and 30 teachers at St. Michael's & All Angels Anglican Primary School in Komenda, Ghana to assist with providing quality education. The Komenda Project’s team is based in the United States, Canada and Ghana while working to support the children of Komenda.
Students gained an understanding of value propositions, business models, and customer dynamics, and implemented market segmentation strategies. They identified key audiences and built target personas, and created customer empathy maps to enhance marketing strategies.
